Vernice Rayvon of Killeen, Texas and Brody Phillips of Vernal, Utah died yesterday in a fatal trucking accident on Highway 220 outside of Casper, Wyoming. The investigation to date indicates that the truck driven by Mr. Phillips crossed into Mr. Rayvon’s lane of traffic causing a head on collision between the two tractor trailers. It is unknown at this time as to why Mr. Phillips crossed into the other lane of traffic, and investigators are looking into other contributing factors. the truck driven ny Mr. Phillips was owned by B&R Oil Service. Reports do note that Mr. Phillips, who also was killed in the trucking accident, was not wearing his seat belt while Mr. Rayvon was properly restrained.
