Several students and a bus driver were injured this morning when their school bus was hit by a tractor-trailer while on the way to school.
The accident took place in Rocky Mount, North Carolina as the bus was pulling into an intersection. Two students and the bus driver were sent to the hospital via ambulance, and a third student was taken to the hospital by their parent. All of then sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The tractor-trailer reportedly did not sustain any damage in the accident. No police report has been issued at this time.
