Two teenage boys were killed in a head on collision near San Angelo, Texas on October 20, 2015. Investigations indicate that a pickup truck driven by Noah Whitaker crossed the center line into on coming traffic where he collided with the vehicle driven by Cesar Castillo. Investigators do not know what caused Mr. Whitaker’s car to cross into the other lane of traffic.
