Mario Ozuna of Penitas was killed when the corvette he was driving was struck by a tractor trailer in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. Preliminary investigations indicate that the driver of the tractor trailer, Curtis Holly, Jr., ran a stop sign thereby causing the trucking accident. The driver of the tractor trailer and the passenger in the Corvette, Mario Ozuna, Jr. were not injured in the collision. Reports indicate that Mario Ozuna was not seat belted at the time of the trucking accident. Toxicology samples were taken, but alcohol use is not suspect ted at this time.
