A San Antonio resident was killed last week in a head-on collision with a concrete mixer truck. Joseph Randall, 21, was driving a black Ford F-150 last Friday morning around 6 a.m. when he struck the truck.
Investigators stated that the concrete truck was on a delivery route when Randall swerved into its lane and crashed. Randall was airlifted to nearby San Antonio Military Medical Center, but he died there later.
Police stated they have no plans to file charges on this incident.
