Walter Leroy Goff III, 28, was killed Monday night when his car struck a tractor-trailer in Pittsburgh, PA.
The crash occurred at about 11:15 p.m. in the Parkway East neighborhood of Pittsburgh, in the outside lanes of the highway.
According to police both Goff and the large tractor-trailer were driving east in the middle lane when Goff’s car hit the trailer and was wedged underneath it. Goff was found dead at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the large truck was uninjured in the crash.
Police did not state exactly what initially caused the crash, or if either driver involved was at fault.
