Vance Davidson was seriously injured when the truck he was driving was rear ended by another commercial truck. The trucking accident occurred on Interstate 78 in Berks County and ultimately involved four vehicles. The trucking accident happened when Mr. Davidson stopped his truck in response to merging traffic in an area where construction was being performed. A tractor trailer driven by Mariusz Gornecki failed to stop and collided into the rear of Mr. Davidson’s truck, pushing his truck into another truck in front of him, pushing him into another. While Mr. Davidson received serious injuries in this fiery 18 wheeler accident, all other drivers only received minor injuries. Mr. Gornecki was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.
