Four 18-wheelers and one pickup truck were involved in two separate accidents only two miles apart on Interstate 35 near Waco. The first truckling accident occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. when a pickup truck slowed in an attempt to avoid an object on the road. A semi-truck following the pickup was able to slow down in time, but a second semi-truck could not stop in time, crashing into the first semi-truck.
