An early Saturday accident left a toddler, Hiram Cobos, Jr., with a head injury, broken pelvis, and dislocated foot. The accident occurred after the family’s car broke down, and the mother of the child attempted to cross a busy street with her two kids. A truck, described by witnesses as a white two-door GMC or Chevrolet extended cab, struck all three pedestrians and fled from the scene of the accident.
