An unidentified 27-year-old male motorcyclist was killed Thursday night at the intersection of Preston Road and Spring Valley Road in Dallas, Texas after running into an SUV.
According to witnesses, the motorcycle driver ran a red light and crashed into the front driver’s side of a Nissan Rogue SUV. He was immediately ejected and landed on his head in the roadway.
The driver of the SUV, a 47-year-old female, also suffered minor injuries due to the crash, and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
This wreck comes on the tail end of another motorcycle fatality in Dallas that happened late Wednesday night. In this case, 33-year-old Ramiro Rivera ran into a Hummer that did not yield the right of way, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
