One person was killed this morning after a FedEx truck smashed through a guardrail and hit an SUV on the opposite side of a highway.
The wreck happened on Interstate 95 at about 7 a.m., according to the Georgia State Patrol. The identity of the deceased driver has not been revealed at this time, and reports did not state which vehicle they belonged to.
The 18-wheeler was hauling two trailers as the time of the wreck. The second of the two trailers flipped over during the collision.
