A car wreck on Highway 75 in Dallas resulted in the 94th traffic fatality on Dallas roadways this year. A gentleman from Red Oak lost control of his truck, striking another vehicle before the truck hit the retaining wall. The driver of the truck was not wearing his seatbelt, causing him to be partially ejected from the vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle and passengers were taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The cause of the accident appears is currently attributed to excessive speed and an improper lane change by the driver of the truck.
