A motor vehicle accident took place early Thursday morning when a Range Rover crashed into an SUV while driving in the wrong direction injuring both drivers. The car accident happened on Dallas North Tollway. Ronald Nelson was driving while intoxicated and in the wrong direction causing a head on collision. The car accident happened when the driver was heading south bound on Lemmon Ave. Both drivers remain at the hospital in recovery.
