In a yet unexplained car accident, the driver and passenger of a Honda found themselves wedged under an 18-wheeler dump truck. The accident occurred early Monday morning on the northbound lanes of I-35 near Corinth Parkway. Both the 18-wheeler and the Honda were driving north at the time of the accident. Lewisville rescuers had to cut the driver and passenger of the Honda from their car. Fortunately, the driver of the car is currently in stable condition, and the passenger was uninjured. The truck driver was also injured.
