Austin Tatum, 24, was killed Tuesday morning after his vehicle was struck from behind by an 18-wheeler truck.
The wreck occurred at about 6:30 a.m. on Interstate 75 at Highway 20 in Bartow County, northwest of Atlanta, Georgia. According to the Bartow coroner, Tatum died of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Details as to the exact cause of the crash are still being investigated by Bartow County officials.
It took about 3 hours for Interstate 75 to be fully reopened after the wreck.
