On Monday night an Amtrak train collided with an 18-wheeler truck that was sitting on the tracks in San Marcos , Texas.
According to Union Pacific the crash happened at about 6 p.m. on Wonder World Drive near Interstate 35. Thankfully no injuries were reported at the time of the wreck.
The incident took place on the same day that 3 people were killed and dozens other injured in Dupont, Washington, when an Amtrak crashed going 80 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone.
