One person was killed in a wreck involving an 18-wheeler truck on Thursday morning. Frazier Douglass, 45, was stopped in his vehicle in congested traffic when an 18-wheeler rear-ended his vehicle. The accident took place on Memorial Parkway near Interstate 565 in Huntsville, Alabama.
Douglass was transported to nearby Huntsville Hospital, but died as a result of his injuries.
Huntsville authorities are still investigating the accident. It was not reported whether the truck driver received a citation or if there were any contributing factors to the wreck.
