A woman in a wheelchair was killed in a hit and run car accident as she attempted to cross Columbia Avenue in Dallas, Texas. The accident happened around 3 a.m. this morning. A car traveling eastbound on Columbia struck her then fled the scene of the accident without attempting to render aid to the victim.
