How much will you charge to handle my case?

The first important thing to understand is that we handle your personal injury case completely on a contingency fee basis. If we do not win, you do not owe us anything. If we do get a recovery for you, then we charge you a percentage of that recovery. The exact percentages are something we will discuss with you in our initial consultation with you. Also, the exact percentages will be clearly laid out in our contract and fully explained to you before you enter into the contract.
