Do I have to go to Court, and if so when?

Fortunately, the large majority of cases settle before they go to Court, particularly in Dallas County District Court where every case must be mediated. (Mediation is the process where the two sides to a case meet with an independent third party in an attempt to settle the case.) That being said, we only recommend our clients to settle when it is in their best interest to do so. We take our oaths to zealously advocate for our clients seriously. As such, we prepare every case as if we will have to go to trial. This helps us in settlement discussions and it insures that we are prepared to do what we enjoy to do the most-take cases to trial.
