A driver in Muskegon County, Michigan was injured when she collided with a school bus early Friday morning.
The woman, driving a Toyota Rav 4 and who remains unidentified, reportedly rear-ended the school bus carrying 23 middle school and high school students. She was transported to the nearby Hackley Campus of Mercy Health Muskegon Hospital with serious injuries.
According to the Sheriff’s office, the bus had made a routine stop to pick up students at 7:18 a.m. when the it was hit. Another bus arrived shortly after this to carry the students the rest of the way to school.
It has not been reported whether police issued citations to the drivers.
