The driver of a tractor trailer was injured Tuesday afternoon after his truck was involved in a crash with two other vehicles on Interstate 35E and Royal Lane in Dallas.
Police stated that the truck collide with two other passenger vehicles at about 4 p.m. One of those two vehicles was set on fire as a result of the crash.
The driver of the truck was reportedly in stable condition following the wreck and was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital. He was the only person injured. The highway was shut down for about an hour and a half for cleanup and investigation.
No official cause for the wreck has been determined, as a police report has not yet been released for this crash.
