A teenager was killed Wednesday evening following a car crash between three vehicles in Greenville, South Carolina. Cody Joseph Crocker, 19, was driving on White Horse Road when he drove into oncoming lanes of traffic and was hit by two vehicles. Police stated that the wreck occurred at about 4:38 p.m.
Crocker was reportedly ejected from his vehicle. The County Coroner stated that he passed away in surgery at 6:25 p.m.
The drivers of both of the other vehicles, still unidentified, were also taken to the hospital. Both were trapped in their vehicles after the crash and had to be extracted by emergency personnel.
At this time the wreck is still being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. No police report or cause of the accident has been released so far.
